Processing your withdrawal request can take up to 48 hours. After that, the duration depends on the payment method:

Bank transfer/credit card: Credit within 5 business days.
E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill): Credit immediately after processing.

If you do not see the funds after these periods, please contact our customer service and send us a transaction history of the used withdrawal method:

Bank: Bank statement with the account holder’s name, IBAN, bank logo, and all transactions since the withdrawal date.
Credit card: Bank statement with the cardholder’s name, first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card number, bank logo, and all transactions since the withdrawal date.
E-wallet (Neteller/Skrill/PayPal/paysafecard): Transaction overview with the account holder’s name, account number/ID, and all transactions since the withdrawal date.
