Why is my offer not credited?

Why can't I withdraw?

A withdrawal is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• Your deposit has been successfully wagered at least once.
• If you have activated an offer, it must either be canceled (please note that in this case your balance will be forfeited) or the bonus conditions must be fully met (72 hours, 40x wagering).
