To self-exclude from gambling, log in to your account and go to:
- Limits & Closure
- Close Account / Self-Exclusion
- Option <Self-Exclusion>
- <Edit>
- Select the <Duration>
- Click on <Next Step>
- Review the details and confirm them
Notes
- A revocation of the exclusion can only be requested after the chosen minimum duration has expired, and acceptance of the revocation is not guaranteed.
- Your data will be forwarded to the national exclusion database OASIS, making the exclusion effective with other licensed betting and gambling providers as well.
How can I reactivate my account after a self-exclusion?
- For indefinite self-exclusions (self-imposed or third-party), the request can be made no earlier than one year after the exclusion.
- The lifting of a temporary self-exclusion can only be requested after the individually chosen duration has expired.
