  • Option <Self-Exclusion>
  • <Edit>
  • Select the <Duration>
  • Click on <Next Step>
  • Review the details and confirm them

Notes

  • A revocation of the exclusion can only be requested after the chosen minimum duration has expired, and acceptance of the revocation is not guaranteed.
  • Your data will be forwarded to the national exclusion database OASIS, making the exclusion effective with other licensed betting and gambling providers as well.

How can I reactivate my account after a self-exclusion?

  • For indefinite self-exclusions (self-imposed or third-party), the request can be made no earlier than one year after the exclusion.
  • The lifting of a temporary self-exclusion can only be requested after the individually chosen duration has expired.
